Ray length really small?

I was baking the orc, but I had to go all the way to 0.0005 m before I got a image that didn’t have the weird colors. Is this ok/ normal?

Well whatever works for your objects, it is not something that has a universal number, or answer. You could also try using some of the Extrusion parameter. Search the ask section for several Posts about baking, always worth a check and read.

It’s normal.

Because your Orc can have a different scale … meters vs millimeters.
And some of us forgot to apply the scale.

As NP5 already stated, there is no universal number. It depends also in HIGh and LOW poly models (how low did you do?)

I applied the scale, so that should be fine. The dimensions were about 2.5 m tall. The high poly model has about 1.5 million vertices, the low poly model has about 10,000.

I tried using the normals map, but it barely changed the low poly.

Did you already had a look at the WIKI?
