Blender Character creation course, baking issues

I am having a lot of issues with normal/cavity map baking. Looks like the a lot of the details in the head are not getting baked onto the normal map, and in other places details are getting very distorted. And with cavity map I am getting a lot of big black patches all over the mesh. I tried changing max ray distance, and switching between CPU/GPU rendering, but it didn’t change much. I would greatly appreciate if someone could have a look at my blend file, and pointed me in the right direction. Blender ver 4.0.2
