Here’s my latest Blender project – a cozy low-poly waterwheel scene. This is also my entry for the theme ‘Wheel’. I had a lot of fun experimenting with modeling and adding flowing water to bring it to life. I’m still a beginner, so I’m always happy to hear feedback or tips to help me improve! BTW There are actually 3 wheels in one Szene

We @BlenderCollab have a few days to vote. You can vote fast but also think slowly about design, colors, technique, difficulty, subject, realism, etc. Choose consciously and not on your entry.
The new subject week 34 “Musical instrument” has already started. The winner of this week’s “Wheels” challenge may select a subject for next week 35 and win a badge.

@Bill_Menot and @etikque, congratulations on your winning entry. Both have their own interpretation of the subject “Wheels.”

  • Bill_Menot, what I find special is the camera angle, where the subject isn’t actually the wheel, but the starting point of the wooden car.
  • etikque , I see a lot of detail and a kind of dynamism here. There’s so much to see and explore.

  • Megane_Wang - Good to have you back. The topic might be outside your comfort zone. I do miss a slightly stronger tire tread, though.
  • Srl1 - I love your colors. Did you already try the environmental ‘sky’ node? Which give a more natural lighting.

Note: I don’t want to offend anyone. I try to write down positive ideas and visions in my simple use of the English language. I am also sometimes more inspired by a particular subject or solution. I’m also learning from you!
