Hello everyone. My name is Sarah. I love gaming and have always been fascinated in everything that goes into making a game. I know next to nothing about programming though I’m excited to learn and start creating!
Hey everyone! My name is Tom. I completed my undergrad in Computer Science in 2014. I initially went into that field to pursue Game Dev. Little did I know how different that turned out to be and haven’t really pursued anything in my field. I currently work at Uber (as an employee, I’m a former driver) and love it! I’m hoping to pick up Game Dev as a hobby and see where it takes me.
I got this course a ways back but never went through it. I am going to change that starting today and be going through it with my best friend.
Hi my name is Crystal and I am currently a computer science student. I am interested in learning how to make games. I am looking forward to learning something new and improving my skills as a programmer.
Hi , I am Nipuna from Sri Lanka. I’ve been with Software development for a while now but this is completely new area. Looking forward to learn Unity and build my own games.
Hi, my name is Jeremy and I am basically new to all this. I have very little experience coding, but my brother and some friends got me interested in learning coding and I am definitely most interested in learning to create games! I’m looking forward to learning this process and joining the community
Greetings,
My name is Brandon, i’m 30, have two kids, and i’m here to learn new things. I’ve been in IT for about 9 years, but never got into programming. I decided to jump into Unity because learning programming will help me in other areas of my career, and I really just want to learn something new. I don’t ever plan on programming full time, but it looks like a fun hobby.
I’m John and I recently got a hololens and have participated in a couple of hackathons. I’m a longtime programmer and excited to improve my game development skills in unity.
Hey guys, a year ago I started learning iOS programming and I have always wanted to program games using Unity. I learned most of iOS programming through Udemy and so I said why not learn Unity through Udemy as well. When I saw the intro video by Ben, I was like this is exactly what I am looking for. Some key things that other Udemy courses don’t offer are list of books, Test driven development, 52 hours of content for so cheap. Additionally I have used Sketch and hopefully will utilize that to make assets for any games I make. Thank you.
Hi my name is Evan. I live in California , i am 10 years old and i am very excited to learn C# with this class. I want to code FPS games with unity.
Hi everyone, my name is Alex and I’m from Australia.
I currently study Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at university, and will start a Masters of Software Engineering next year. I have played video games for years, and have a passion for learning new things and pushing my boundaries in my fields of interest, which is why I decided to study game development.
Keen to see everyone’s games on Steam!
Hi.
I’m Greg. I’ve been involved with the games industry for quite a few years, originally as a Content Developer on Runescape between 2005 and 2007 (!!! Was it really that long ago!), followed by working with several indie companies on smaller titles.
Somehow over the years my work-life has slowly moved away from making games, and a few months ago I woke up and found myself working for an ad agency developing bespoke software for clients in PHP! Well obviously it was time to get back to doing the thing I was passionate about - making games, however the tools we used when I worked at Jagex were developed inhouse and it seems everybody is using Unity these days, so I thought I’d better brush up on my skills before I apply for a job at the company I’ve set my eye on, so here I am.
Thanks for reading.
Hi my name is Gerald Smart, I just recently moved from Maine to Florida in the United States. I have been wanting to take a course like this for a while but just was too depressed while living in Maine. I have a much better out look on life since I have moved and I have been gaming since I was 5 years old. While I lived in Maine gaming was something I did to keep myself out of depression but I have noticed lately I am not as enthusiastic as I used to be. I think games are rushed these days and I would like to eventually put something out that I feel is not rushed. For now I need something to occupy my mind in my new surroundings and I feel this is the best way to utilize my time.

Hi, my name is Patrick.
I’m new in Game Development but I’m an advanced Web Developer.

Hey everyone, my name is manny.
I’m a Graphic Designer with kind of mixed experience in different fields of design, but I’ve always loved video games. Upon acquiring some UX design work, I realized I really wanted to try to design a game with my experience in mind. While I don’t do much coding (though I have some experience with front-end web), I am willing to sit down and learn here.
I can’t wait to see how I’ve learned at the end of this course.
Hello everyone,
I’m Hayden Wright, from Australia. I’m currently studying Mass Communication at university, with intentions of specialising in Screen Production and Digital Design. I love games for all the reasons that I love film (and more), and it’s somewhat of a clandestine dream to someday be involved in their production in some capacity. Though that’s still a long way off, I don’t mind; I’ll wait 'til I’m 50 if I have to. The medium just means so much to me.
And learning to code will help me in that pursuit, and will probably play a part in most of my future projects and jobs. It’s a skill that I’d just really like to have, as I think it’ll open up a lot of opportunity.
I really look forward to taking this course alongside you all.
Hello,
I’m Jeremy. I’m a Sr. UI/UX Designer at a mobile games studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. My current project is made in Unity, and is in alpha. Because I love learning, building things, and know that understanding the technology as deeply as possible is the key to great design, I purchased this course to gain invaluable development skills. Hopefully this course will at least allow me to edit and create scripts relating the UI I am making, although being able to make games by myself is the ultimate goal. I have some Flash and web development experience, but my coding skills are very basic, and I’m out of practice. I’ve powered through a few coding books, but I find that I learn much faster and retain more from videos.
