Hey everyone i’m having this issue while downloading the asset pack for Argon Assault 3d .Internet speed is good 3mb to 5mb,Storage is more than 29 GB .Unable to understand what problem is guidance would be well appreciated.

Welcome to our community! 
If you get an inexplicable error message, the first thing you could try is to restart Unity. Sometimes, there are just internal problems in Unity, which solve themselves when you close and reopen Unity.
Secondly, if the issue persists, do you use an antivirus program or a firewall that might be blocking Unity? If so, it might be that they either block or delete files.

Really appreciate your help but none of that worked still unable to download the assests
In that case, you could download Rick’s project from GitLab. Unzip his project on your harddrive, then look for the asset in his folders, and copy and paste the files or a folder into your own project.
If that didn’t work for you, please message Unity’s support. Maybe there is a problem with your Unity account.
