My small present to you all.
Iris material configuration.
The white spot in the eye is not a light reflection, but a white disk inside the eye.
Interesting ‘cheat’ white spot.
Santa needs a beard!
I don’t know, I’m liking him without the beard. Oh, and I’m definitely liking the shorter coat better than the longer version.
Yeah, but struggling with it. hair slows down the project.
Santa is blushing in his underwear!
I’ve put his cloth on before standing on the turn table.
Dizzy Santa! Looks like he has lost his reindeer!
Looking good so far.
Loving the beard and whiskers.
I have a lot of technical issues, now I need to solve rigging problems. But the hair is under control (for now). And free time is scarce.
Just a small update (Cycles this time).
Notes (to myself)
- treasure, need to be filled (lamp topside)
- coins, make tree not skull
- Does Santa need a belt?
- Light on the fork lift?
So many ideas … but how to finish on time.
Ugh so much the problem, should have started months before!
Yes to the belt!
For me, santa is missing eyelids.
Unless the goal is for his eyes to pop out and dangle on strings of flesh
And a beard is sticking trough a coat fur on his left?
Also coat need 3D depth to it, as it looks like two different scenes. Reach in shadows on his left and very bright on the right but both elements where it overlaps are in the same origin?
And there is pinching going on underneath his ears and arm pits should fold not arc
Boot laces I like the most but they are the same on both boots. I can see that boots are “unidirecional” Bit of bezier manipulation wouldn’t go a miss. Plus lases need tips. Or frailed ends.
