hello Why we use 1D Blend tree in free look player movement instead of 2D like the targeting state ? is there a reason for it ?
Because the ‘freelook’ blend is only on 1 dimension. It’s blending between Idle and Running. The targeting state blends in 2 dimensions: forward and back, and left and right
why we dont make freelook blend with 2 diemsion ?
What other dimension would you like to blend it with? The freelook state is set up to move around, so it goes between idle and running. Nothing else.
