my textures when i download them don’t work. how do i fix this

Welcome to our community! 
Did you unzip the zip file? If so, did you import the textures? If so, did you click on them in Unity and set their Texture Type to “Sprite (2D and UI)”?
If that didn’t help, please share more information on what you did and see.
