Where did "game" come from

I’m at 6:35 ep 25 of the unity 2d course and he said some
“(…) if you give it a moment on game(…)”
where did game come from?
am I like autistic and not see him make it?
was it created by something in the code?
b/c I don’t have it in my game objects and I am very confused r/n (and that’s rare)

The “game” GameObject has been created in Lecture 21, used to hold information when we play the game.
