Hello, I am Jonathan Karl Babin. I always have been fascinated by audio, electronics and video games. Now is the time to put that knowledge to use and the one that I will gather from this course, hopefully with occasional input from the forum members and make use of previous and new skills acquired. I have experience as a musician, am familiar with Digital Audio Workstations such as Reaper and Studio One 3, as well as ā€œsome ofā€ game design college course.

Good day to all!

Greetings from Ankara, Turkey!

My name is Yusuf Metindoğan, Iā€™m 19 years old. Just finished high school and finally, had the time to improve myself in the exact industry I wish to be a part of. Iā€™m studying Computer Engineering, and in 1st grade. I spent nearly half the time of my life with games; playing them, discussing and thinking about them, even dreaming them. Now I get to develop them I hope! As I see all you guys being excited about creating an idea and making it come true, I realize that we are part of something much bigger.

Iā€™m not more advanced from you all, but what I can recommend is do not let your gamer instincts go away. Always keep playing as you develop. Because if you wouldnā€™t play what you create, no one would.

Hope to see all of us in the industry, as successful game devs, introducing our products to all gamers (like we were a couple years ago).

Hi everyone Iā€™m Al from Sussex, United Kingdom. I am a freelance Sound Designer, Composer and Artist. 20 years industry experience and signed to Fusion Records. Iā€™ve been supporting Independent and Unsigned artists for the last five years, helping them get a foot in the door and pushing them a few steps up the music industry ladder. Always interested in indie projects to work on, large or small. Due to illness and subsequent disablement i promised myself i would learn something new to make up for the things i can no longer manage. I eventually settled on game development. I have been building assets in blender and Maya, scripting in C# and Iā€™m really enjoying the game development and design courses. Feel free to message me ( iā€™m always about ).

Best of luck to everyone on the course!

Al
