Hello everyone, I’m Prepay. I’ve purchased the Blender course and the Complete Unity course. I’m hoping to be able to create a successful game. This is not my first time coding, hopefully I can finish these course and I’m going to put in a lot to get a lot out. Thanks for reading, Prepay.
Hi there welcome to our forum - enjoy
I’ve been on here for a while so I should’ve really started with this topic, but nevermind.
Hello, my name is Aron. I live in Southampton, England and picked up the course a month back and have recently been pushing myself to stay focused on the course as I’m focused on becoming a game designer.
The kinds of games I’m interested in developing are Side-Scrolling Adventure, RPG, RTS, Turn-Based, Resource Management and others in that area. (When I mean Resource Management I mean games akin to Theme Park or any other game in that style where you are trying to manage people ((or patients in Theme Hospital)) and at the same time keeping yourself afloat financially.) Of course not only have I not finished the course yet, but I’m also not an artist or composer so I’d need to learn many new skills before I get anywhere near creating a game of my own, but we all have to start somewhere, right?
Hope to hear what kinds of games you might want to make and discuss your favourites too
Hello everybody, I live in Redmond, WA and I look forward to learning a lot in this course.
Hey everyone! I am glad to be joining this community and starting to learn how to program and edit Unreal Engine. Looking forward to the next section for sure. B)
Hi there, i Matth from Quebec, canada. I had been a dreamer since as far i can remember.I’m looking forward to integrate game design and V-G industry since i missed that year cohort i’m making my babystep here to get a edge and getting ready for next cohort. I have interset in psychologic aspect of gaming as well as how it cause or not enjoyment for that i’m aiming for Level Design as cloe range goal. thank for reading and farewell in tuition ;D
I do have two friends of mine who are working in Sociology in University and were studying gaming as their subject, but they were both approaching from two different areas. One was after views of females in the industry from various sources and the other wanted to know about the opinions of the culture that surrounded gaming. It was interesting being their interviewee, but I’ve also introduced them to some interesting and great games too.
Or did you mean by psychological interest things like what possible things to put into a game to get people playing your game and keep them entertained so that they never put it down?
Hi everyone,
My name is Brian and I live in Vancouver, Canada. Wanted to learn more about making games, so here I am.
Hi! My name is Patrick and I am a graphic artist from Brighton, England! I have been wanting to learn unity and some basic programming skills so I can start transforming my assets into interactive media and sharing it all around!
Hi everyone, I just saw this course advertised on Facebook and purchased it on a whim. I have no idea how to code. I took a java class and VB class way back in high school and was terrible at it. I’m hoping to do much better here by learning at my own pace and because it’s something I want to do.
I’m 29 from Toronto, Canada, and really haven’t been having a good year. I don’t feel like I have accomplished anything or achieved anything I’ve wanted to do. Rather than trying to keep pushing in the direction I’ve been going, I want to improve myself by learning a new skill. I’m a writer and all-around creative guy, so maybe this course will work for me. Let’s see how it goes.

Hi there! My name is Joey, I’m from Montreal, Canada, and I just turned 22 years old yesterday, buying this unity course as a gift for myself I’m working as a part timer in a small studio called Vandal Games as a Game Designer, and studying Game design in university for the rest of my time.
My goal is to learn how to be comfortable in Unity, not just with the interface wich I’m pretty familiar, but learn to actually be able to do my own things directly in the code. I have little experience using GML (unique language used in Game Maker Studio) and had a class (wich was not that helpful) on Unity, so I do have some experience coding small things in C# ( I can make a dog run to a bone and bring it back! ahah). Knowing how to code is a great option a Game Designer should have, and I’m excited to start this now to take the next step
Hi,
My name is Shamsul, I’m a mobile developer in Malaysia specializing in Titanium Appcelerator. I’m taking this course to have some knowledge in game development more as a side hobby at the moment with the possibility of going professional with it.
Lets have fun folks
Hey everyone! My name is Aaron I am 23 years of age and live in England in a small town, I have recently gone through some serious personal issues that I am currently addressing and thought I should try and be productive with myself during this time, I am a gaming Youtuber and a dungeon master since I was 12 so creativity is a strong point for me, my hardest point is being able to make those creative thoughts a reality.
Hopefully with unity and this course I will be able to have the confidence and skill to make my thoughts a reality! I have 0 experience with coding but am more than happy to teach myself or read tutorials to learn. I am an easy going person with a very open and honest mind, more than happy to make friends here and will possibly be asking for advice quite a bit.
Hope everyone is having a great time and are having amazing success with unity <3
Nice to meet you Kevin. i’m from Alberta, Ma Mere vient du Quebec. I’m in love with new tech too, VR, AR, so many new possibilities =)
Hi everyone, i’m Jonathan Holeton, my friends call me Johny5. I tried the basic language a little when my Dad got us a Commodore 128 back in the 80s, then tried Clipper OOP programming in Highschool programming but was only able to make the Computer make a Beep sounds lol. i learned a little bit of HTML in a University class. Did Multimedia school for a few months but dropped out because it was so expensive and the High tech hardware/software they were promising never happened. I learned more Video Production and Post Production on my own and specialize in VFX and Motion graphics. I’d love to incorporate Real Physics Simulations with Motion Graphics, Pixel Art and Coding in Unity. I have no idea how to use Unity, can’t wait to learn more about it. Thank you so much Ben for this Reasonably Priced Course! I’m also a Youtuber and will post about our Projects there, follow me there if you like and leave me your Youtube channel so i can follow yours too. https://www.youtube.com/user/JonathanHoleton
Hi, my name’s Matt. I joined this as a hobbyist. Done a lot of programming in other languages since I was in school about ten years ago, but none of the languages I learned really survived to become standards these days! i’m from the UK, and my day job is that I’m doing a phd in philosophy and lecture in philosophy part time.
