Weird UV Map for a sphere - angle DOES matter

I was confused by the sphere map I was getting :

and I undertood !

To get a really easy UV Map to edit, take your objet from a good angle, ex : from the right sid (NumPad 3) in Ortho projection (NumPad 5).

To get a new map, don’t forget to Mesh -> UV Unwrap -> Reset
