Hi there,
A couple other people over on Udemy had this issue and it turns out they had colliders on the building preview that were the problem. Check if this is the case with you and removed any colliders from the building preview prefab.

That seems to have been the issue! Upon removing the box colliders from the preview prefabs has resolved the issue and now everything works as intended! Big thank you
