Unity 2D RPG starter kit?

I found the “Unity 2D RPG starter Kit - video tutorials” sounded really interesting. I was rather sad to see, when I followed the link to get the Unity assets from their Asset Store that according to Unity it is no longer available. In poking around, I found that apparently there was another course offered (apparently in the distant past?) that had to do with the same subject matter, but I no longer see that one listed. I DO still see that Video Tutorials listed, which seems a bit odd if the assets needed are no longer available. As a lifetime member, and given that most, if not all, the courses purchased come with ‘lifetime access’ as a selling point, I find it disappointing to not be able to utilize the content.

I have seen some comments that the starter kit had to be purchased on the Unity store, which understandably irritated some users who were attracted by the ‘free’ course, only to be told 'sure, OUR course is free, but the materials used have to be purchased elsewhere. Understand that I have plenty of content here to keep me happy (or not, depending on my progress) for the rest of my life, but it does disturb me a bit that content here should me marked as ‘still available’ and ‘free’ when it is neither.

@Marc_Carlyon, could you look into this problem?

Hi Arnie,

We are looking into the issues with the unity store as to why it is stating that the pack is unavailable there.
I have spoken to the team and although the asset pack is not free which was always the case i have been given a link to get the asset pack to you at a substantial discount on our site.

Link is below.

I hope this helps and thank-you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you, I may pick up the bundle after all. One question, what is the license on the asset pack itself? Since it is not available directly from Unity, I am guessing that someone here would have to answer that. Not likely I will make a commercial game using any of it, but I am trying to track the licenses of any assets I download. Thanks again!

Is this it?

Could be a name/url change?

Not the same thing at all–but still useful, so I snarfed it up! Thanks!

I think the only limitation is that you cant sell or distribute them in any circumstance but its fine to use them within the game
