Trouble with VS Code Completion

I’ve been having this issue since I first started using VS for C#, but I’ve just ignored it until now. Clearly I have my extensions configured wrong, but the colours, formatting, and autofill recommendations are wrong or nonexistent. If anyone had a similar problem and already figured out what it was, that’d be a huge help. Thanks!
