I foolishly thought I backed up my important stuff on one of my SSDs, but forgot my program. I then proceeded to format the drive. Is there a download for the program after the “Rotate An Object” video, or do I have to completely restart the course to get everything back?

It’s a pity that you lost your work. Fortunately, you don’t have to redo the entire course if you are fine with using Rick’s or Gary’s project state. If you are, you could click on the Resources of the current video, then on “This Lecture’s Project Changes”. On GitLab, you click on “Browse Files” (don’t click anywhere else), then on the download button.
When you import the downloaded project into Unity, you should have the project state of this video.
