Im using blender less than year but consistently,
it is more important to synthesize knowledge between for example:
blocking in blender, uv -> paint in gimp -> tweak materials in unity in process,
so you constantly see the result. (lean productuin in action )
it’s just my vision: for example, if I want to do some kind of horror - there will probably not be much code there, conditionally, but the greater emphasis is on the atmosphere, scenery, lighting, sounds - then I will first give more time to the environment and its creation.
another example: if I want to make a beautiful scene, render - here it is possible not to bother much with the polygon, maximum quality, give more time to lighting, its settings, which is important.
and so on and so forth, the plan and calculation of forces and time is important …
but while you are studying - you need to manage to get the most out of the possible, try new things, and just have fun)
