Texture Basics EOS Challenge

My Riverside scene so far.
The houses are my modular assets from the Complete Blender Course.
For the river, I replaced the water texture with ice again. I experimented with textures nodes but came up with the downloaded one - just upgraded it a little.
Also, I upgraded most other nodewrangler’ed textures to make them look better.
And I aligned the UV’s to make the objects look as seamless as possible. Here’s what I got after an hour of the assignment:




And after the time elapsed, I tinkered with the fog (I couldn’t find out how to make it not cube-ish) and added another building because the left side of the picture looked utterly empty.

Built an excellent scene. Great use of duplication and reuse of older models.
The taller added building gable end windows are 'bricked over by the one next to it.

Yup, there’s a number of issues I figured about my modular asset set. Not sure most of them are worth fixing now though - I better rebuild it from scratch after I finish this course.
