When I switch to targeting from FreeLook, my character drops into the ground halfway. They are stuck at that point until I come out of Targeting Camera to FreeLook again. Then they are back to normal. As far as I can see my settings are exactly the same as the project settings within the course. Maybe I have a random checkbox or something checked?
It magically fixed when I added movement animations later.
That’s correct. There wasn’t an issue with the cameras, the issue was a lack of animation in the Targeting State. Good job sorting that out!
