PUBG is made in Unreal so I particularly like playing it along with Sea of Thieves… Not a huge Fortnite fan… Bless Epics Souls…

THE POINT OF THIS POST:
After watching this lecture I decided to experiment with the vehicles in PUBG… see how they react with lag… I noticed the same stuff talked about in this lecture…

If I was driving around with no outside (simulated proxy) influences there was zero car lag… but as soon as i brought other players aboard… I started feeling the “reset” happen very subtly…

And then later when our whole team had vehicles Me and the Boys felt like playin some bumper cars on our way into the circle…
And OH MAN! that’s when the skipping starts lol… as soon as you crash… you feel the game JOLT back to what the SERVER is telling you is real…
I can totally see how its replaying past moves now…
