ServerHandleBaseDespawned called 2x, causing double logging of Game Over message

With the editor as the host…

If the editor unit kills the client base then I see only 1 Game Over log in the console.
But if the client unit kills the editor base, I see the message twice.

Im not sure why. Im also thinking this may cause a problem in the future if we try to handle Game Over twice.
