If it’s rendered using Eevee try Cycles. I find Eevee very quirky sometimes with small details and screen effects (like reflections).

Actually with AI Denoising you can render with lower number of samples in most cases than you normally could. It adds around 1-2sec after rendering (it’s quite fast in my experience), which is nothing compared to the time cycles takes to render stuff.
Btw. I see you use some bloom - if you want to keep that effect in cycles you need to use “Glare” node. Example compositor setup:
