Made with cilinders and torus… torus made out the body of the bottle, cilinder made the botton of the bottle and the top of the bottle. also there is a slight bigger cilinder on top to be the bottle cover.

I’ll wait to see when you learn to make the bottle transparent and maybe add a water-colored object/mesh inside of it to give a thirsty guy some hope!
