So after all this work i think i have to scrap all these bones and maybe even the model, i have alot of weird things happening and parts jumping around and not rotating right and for the life of me i cant fix. if you have any suggestions to fix im happy to hear. I think i just went too complex for what i can manage.

I would. Keep the lamp simple like the course one.
There is a reason the course uses a simple lamp. When it is the first time particularly, there is a lot to get used to.
