Not any major issue in the level script and the Button component still load scene not working. Game over scene loaded successfully but the start and quit buttons not loaded their respective scene. Same problem with Play again and the main menu buttons.

Hi Daniyal,
From what I see, the EventSystem is missing in your Hierarchy. Click the right mouse button over the Hierarchy window and look for the EventSystem.
