Pyramid scene


i wanted to make an underwater scene and got carried away from there. i’m learning a lot though. i did add a fluid simulation to see what it would look like being under actual water but it didn’t look how i wanted. getting the glass shader and transparency map working was an adventure. so was making the fog. i’d never made fog before and i found a happy little accident by adding the magic texture to it in the wrong input. in the end lots of fun was had.

I made an underwater scene, using Blender ‘water’ effects in the compositor. The compositor is where you can manipulate the rendered image afterward. Like in Photoshop. You can see some workflow here.

this gives me hope that it can get closer to what i’m looking for :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
i’m going to go and work on it some more.
