Making code more understandable, I wasn’t really aware of how useful it is, I know it might sound like something silly or obvious but as a self taught and someone that usually works alone I never really paid any attention to this.
Seeing my code and being able to understand it without recurring to silly notes from a piece of paper that I will probably lose at some point is like taking a breath of fresh air after being in the most polluted environment ever, it excites me at the point I want to go back to all my previous projects and refactor them.
I really want to thank everyone on Gamedev.tv for all your courses, I’ve learned far more than in any of my previous 5 years using Unity and Blender, can’t wait to finish this and start the RPG course and even more excited about the math course. Yes, I’m a nerd, I don’t care, I’m really happy, thank you guys.
