I like the scene. Well performed.
A little aspect on the lighting. For me it’s to white, flames should be more orange, yellow.
It looks like electric light spots are used.
But again, a lot of work with a very nice result. :ok_hand:

Thank you FedPete.
These are some test renders that I did with different lighting. which one do you think resembles a flame the most?test%20%205 test%20%207

The second or third one. But may be crank up the global (enviroment) lighting too.
But I must confess, lighting is a difficult part of 3D. Also because of the fireflies and grain.

And if you introduce torches, that more light can be applied. Because a candle has a low intensity light.

I, did this My Bender church in full colour

Did you use the fire simulator to make the flame in your torches?

No, I didn’t. Because, it is a lot of work for a single image.
I used a transparent flame .png on a plane. If you zoom in, you can see (alias is not nice, needs to be more blending).

I did work on a candle, with a fire simulator. The flame needs to be rendered upon a few frames, so that the flame develops. Then baked.
But as you now, there is so much to do when working on these project. I try to keep it simple and learn in small steps.

This was my candle project with a flame generator. Small step

Well come on over! you can’t see it in this image but there are barrels with booze in the back.

I made a few changes to my scene. Which one do you think is better?
