In keeping lean I want to make a simple but modern living room in a city apartment block. While not extending too far beyond existing skills I will focus on reusable assets - prefabs.
I have identified the following at this stage.

- Curtains.
- External scenery such as buildings.
- Television.
- Cabinet with television speakers.
- Ceiling panels.
- Flush mount lights.
- Lounge with matching throw pillows.
- Coffee table.
- Clutter such as books.
- Wall side table.
- Lamp and/or vase.
- Plants for pot or vase.
- Columns.
