Level 1 has SceneLoader.cs attached to a different game object... why?

So in Level 1, the SceneLoader script was attached to an Empty GameObject called “SceneLoader”. In level 2 you are having is attached to the Empty GameObject called “Level”. Is there a reason why there’s a difference between the two levels?
