Launch 2 clients and 1 server to one computer

I have a problem. In my Windows 10 launch a server plus log and this is fine. In the same time launch client and server app is gone. My system kill server process an launch client. How do separed lunch this same app?

It’s fine.Creating a new account solved the problem. New Windows Update (1709), Microsoft account and use domain. Is an explosive mixture.
