Hi all,

Hope this is the right place to introduce myself since it seems kinda quite here. I’m from New York and I’m just starting the Unity course. Making video games has always been a thought in my head but I never actually stuck with a course/lessons so this time I plan to follow through completely and find out if this is actually what I want to do. Happy coding everyone!

Hi Everyone,

I’m from Utah and I am trying to become a Game Designer/programmer. It just recently became something that I know I want to do so I decided to take this course so I can accomplish that.

Hi, Ian here from the UK but based in Mexico. Started the blender course a few weeks ago and it’s great so I thought I’d give Unity a try.

Hi everyone!
I always wanted to make games since I was a child and finally I have the chance to learn something about! I live in Italy and I started coding few years ago as a hobby. Now I step on Unity and find a very solid and wide tool to start coding and editing games.

Hello,

My name is Jeff and I live in Belgium, I have a very basic understanding of programming and would like to expand that. I enrolled in the first version of this course a while ago, but lost most of my progress forgetting to move it over to my new pc, and didn’t really want to start over. I’m keen on finishing this one though.

Hi,

I’m Brandon, and I’m from the UK. I’ve got some small amount of coding experience from university, and I’m looking to learn some new tools (i.e. coding in C#) that I can use professionally. I also want to make games as a hobby, and further my understanding of game design/programming as a craft.

Hey,

I’m Kristinn from Iceland, very little programming experience but pretty good at computer stuff in general and eager to learn how to use unity. Got recommended by my brother to try this out and wanted to give it a shot, so far so good.

Hello everyone,
I’m Ralf from Germany and it is one of my goals in live to develop (or at least contribute to the development of) a video game. I hope with this course I will learn the required skill set to do so. I have some programming experience, but still no expert. My first game development experience was at the university, where we had to develop Tetris. Furthermore, I played around with the map editors of Warcraft 3, Starcraft 1 + 2 and the level editor in Tomb Raider Chronicles. Sadly, no serious projects there.
Best Regards and Grüße aus Deutschland,
Ralf :upside_down_face:

Hey Everyone,
My name is Ben and I’m pursuing a Computer Science bachelor’s degree at Bucks County Community College at the moment, while taking courses online and learning on my own. I’m pretty new to programming and making games, but I hope to one day work at a video game company. I have tons of video game ideas floating around and want to have the knowledge and tools to bring them to life, whether it indie or for a company. I’m also looking to make like-minded friends so shoot me a message! Especially if you’re local!

Hi everyone! My name’s Kaleb and I can’t wait to start learning unity and coding! Right now I’m currently working part time in order to save money for collage to become a video game developer! In the mean time however I figured I’d get my feet with with udemy and hopefully give myself an advantage in collage!

Hey everyone, been coding for a while (mostly with python for analytical stuff & some automation tasks) and figured due to my love of video games this would be a much more fun way to practice my coding & problem solving skills (exploring random & obscure data sets gets kind of boring). Also after going to Pax east this weekend I really got the itch to learn how games are made!

Hello Everyone,
I am currently located in Fort Bragg, NC. I am unfortunately transitioning out of active duty Army, due to an injury on my last deployment. I am completely changing careers from a helicopter mechanic and downed aircraft recovery team leader to software engineering. I am a gamer and figured what better way to learn code than to develop games. Thank you for your time.

Hey Everyone!

I’m happy to be here and to colaborate with you all. My name is Simon and I’m from Switzerland where I currently take a one year break from studying Mechanical Engineering to follow my passion for game design and story telling. Never too late to try to follow your dreams, I guess.
