This is probably my weakest point right now - patience.

I make a new object and just want to see it work and create more content, but I see now that taking the time to sit there and adjust the steering / acceleration components until they are enjoyable to use as a player is a huge investment for any game we make if we want people to actually play it. Also to google anything I’m not clear on like why Time.deltatime matters. I got stuck on this one for a while, but finally (hours later) got to a point where the steering is enjoyable to use. This took a lot of number/value adjustments in Unity and googling answers for scripting movement properly.
