Did you install they raylib files as well? While I’m new to the game dev courses I’ve coded in C++ for quite some time. I went through similar steps and forgot to download the raylib files and received the same error as you. afterwards I installed raylib and it worked just fine. Also make sure to check that you have the C++ extension installed in visual code
are there any weird characters in the file path to your project?
