Bunnies are nice and all, but I prefer the overall aesthetic of a hare more. They’re longer, more defined, and have those incredible ears that don’t really need embellishing. Here’s my first pass at sculpting the metaballs.
After looking online i tried using the clay strips brush which seems a more delicate tool than the standard sculpt / draw.
Let me know where you think I could improve!

Although combing helps, Try less children and more strands.
That was something I found out when doing my rabbit.
In the end you’ll need less hair to fill the gaps, a more uniform distribution and you have more control if you add manually when using particle edit…
