How to have upside-down spikes and mushrooms?

how can we have upside down spikes fort our tile maps?

You mean another tilemap layer? Sure. You could test that if other solutions did not work. :slight_smile:

ok so for this you create a new layer called something like “Upside-down Hazards” Then you zero it out and rotate the Z axis. -180. This will take everything upside down. when you add elements to this new tilemap they will be upside-down :wink: . then just tag it as a “Hazard” or “Enemy” like we did in our previous lectures and that will kill your character.
