I am currently pursuing Block Breaker course. How to createt a new sprite for paddle, blocks and ball?

you can customize your blocks, ball and paddle like you want, you can draw them yourself

As @FDH4cking wrote, you could draw your own sprites. GIMP is a free tool which you could use.
