Hello NP5, merry Christmas! Thanks for your comment. I’m taking Grant Abbitt’s course about animation and rigging. What do you think I should do when I get stuck, because when I was taking Grant’s character creation corse I got stuck on a tutorial for 18 months! Should I keep watching the same tutorial or should I just - put my head down, power on and move on?

Happy Christmas!

Well I would watch tutorials through once then watch again while doing it. Get stuck, and always best to ask here. If badly stuck then move on, even to a next section if the problem stops that section working reasonably.
Animation does need a sharp eye kept on all the details of keyframing.
As always it is hard to give any answer that covers all forms of stuck! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Yes, I’m sure it’s hard to know when someone is stuck and you dont know what they’re doing. I’m stuck on an IK rigging tutorial right now, but, I’m trying to power through tonight. I get fed up with studying and this year I’ve been bunking off and playing live roulette on Sky’s live casino. My hubby got involved and found out I had gone through £4000 this last year. I’ve had to come to terms with the fact I’ve got myself a gambling addiction, I’ve stopped for 8 days now, it’s been hard, but, I just keep thinking what I could have bought with £4000. loves

By coincidence, yesterday I came across the following joke (that’s actually truth):

Q: How do you walk out of a casino with a small fortune?

A: You walk in with a large fortune.

I do have an addictive personality, what happens when I play roulette is, I can’t stop playing and losing all the money I have access to. So I’ve had to stop completely, I’ve done this by focusing on what I could do with £4000, if I hadn’t lost it in the casino, lol. I’m already addicted to blender.
