i enjoyed the course i learned a lot, but i had a question on how to get new different enemies instead of goblins and slime. where do you go to get those sprite sheets and right dimension of those characters/enemies?

You can get art assets from various websites either paid or free. Some examples being https://kenney.nl/ and https://opengameart.org/. As far as getting dimensions is concerned, you can get that information from the artist themselves (either in descriptions or through immediate contact), using photo-editing software, or worst case by counting the pixels or through trial-and-error.
