Looks great! Are they based on real electronics components?
I was just thinking about asking the same thing. 
Yes they are ! I got my inspiration from electronic components (from my engineering background). I made a comparison so you can see where they came from :). Although they can vary quite a lot, they also come in all kind off sizes and are never white, except in Blender 
I also took some liberty to align them better as a set.
