Hey just wanted to point out that the IP he was using was probably host only and only worked when he launched two separate applications. But the in editor worked for me when I used my local area connection IPv4
As in this image the IPv4 second down would be the hosting one (which it seems like he is using to connect when it is already in use when you call Host in editor) and you can connect with the first IPv4 if you start a separate application.
This worked for me not sure if it is a fix or anything though
