The new version available under resources is called “sandbox_new” and doesn’t have the global volume in it.
Is it perhaps an older version?

To solve this you can jsut copy and paste the other global volume over from the other scene but i will look into why the global volume is missing in the assets.
It may be that Nathan did the same or its been overlooked
