Dasher moves up the screen after creating the movement of the hazards

HI,

After doing the hazards and movement of them on the x-axis, it has led to scarfy without prompt to move up the screens y-axis and not stop. just wanted to see if anyone had this problem and how they fixed it.

any help would be appreciated, even if you just steer me in the right direction.
