Here is my chess scene for the final project based on an imagined dark fantasy world where two warlords are about to battle for their own honor. This is a great achievement. The lighting is excellent and the animation is beautifully crafted. The chess set is crafted in many details.
While this project exceeds the original chessboard challenge. You could have done more with more Blender lessons and Blender knowledge. I understand the creative process of having a nice idea. But I can imagine that it took you a long time to create the outcome.
Of course, you’ve learned a lot in this project, but there is much more Blender can offer a 3D artist. If you know your tool very well then as an artist you have more artistic freedom.
