Could I get clarification on why we are scaling by 4 for our sprite? And why specifically by 4?
It’s the same process we have followed with the map, you scale these png because if not they would be too small for the screen, and specifically 4 because we are scaling for the exact same amount as the map.
Atleast that’s how I see this, maybe I’m wrong, but in my head this makes sense.
To elaborate on this even further, these types of numbers come about after testing different values and seeing what looks good. So when you’re developing your game you may try different scale values before deciding on one that you like.
