I created my dedicated server and seems fine, but when i try to connect with other terminal the game load but the screen ends black with an error on the log saying:
LogOnlineSession: Warning: OSS: No game present to join for session (GameSession)s

I found one solution to solve this.
when you started the server. there are some logs about which port is listening.
put that port after your server ip address ( my case is 127.0.0.1:7779 )
just noticed that Sam already put this solution in video already. you can seek to 16:23 in Meet the Client-Server Model. he explain very clearly. hope this help Freyr
