Realise after it rendered the hairs stopped coming out black. Eevee working use Cycles variation? No idea. Suppose I should look into it sometime. Also realis the hairs are ‘strips’ not proper. Again I think the result of Eevee settings to get them to show while working on it. grrr.
Was made larger, then scaled more realistically.
How to overdo the detail. Making every eye hexagon a small dome.

For hair in Eevee, you need to set the Eevee hair option … default is a ribon something, not a hair.
