You have selected a bunch of code, so it looks like the IDE is reacting to that and giving you options for surrounding the selected code.
I’m following the video perfectly though? I just don’t want to have to manually type out the methods when I get later into code it’s been fine until now but I really need it to work.

If the issue persists, please check the console of VS Code (not Unity!). If the .NET Framework 4.7.1 (Developer Pack) is mentioned there, download and install it from the official Microsoft website. Here is the link: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net471
