I love the overall theme, I hope you’re going to keep working on this. I’d love to see a final, fleshed out version!
Hello the community,
Since we do need to share our works, I will share mine.
I usually not a fan of sharing works, because you’re trending to compare yourself to other, but I must admit it helps a lot to improve.
I globally satisfied about my scene ambiant, but a bit frustrated to negligate the details (to make a better relief in the scene), in order to respect the time limit. I spend around 90 min on this.
What do you think of it ?
Anyway, I could have a nice scenario for this scene, like an all in black strange inspector coming to this bridge, and investigate about this mystery fog and what the fog really hides.
Thanks for feedback & maybe sorry for my english skills.

Welcome to this site.
A fine looking misty bridge!
Nice railings.
I like the way you’ve managed the fog in both scenes. But, personally I like the first one.
Render it again, when adding textures.
We try not to compare. But look how students are coping with the challenges.
Do share your work. Others can learn from you!
Havefun!
Thanks for your feedback.
I will definitely share later on with all the improvements and textures tweakings.
I still can’t help compare my works to others, but maybe I shouldn’t.
I want to share below the render result without the fog, maybe it can help students to understand all the tweakings we can do with principled volume.
Nice to see the sun comes out and the fog clears sometimes in these bridge scenes!
Don’t forget some of the students have more Blender knowledge when starting.
Or do some research. This is not problem.
Also, besides Blender techniques, there is also aesthetic involved, composition of the scene element. Something which you need to learn on your own.
But using reference is a good help. Find bridge scenes you like by searching on the web.
But just continue, there is more to learn and then to improve!
Very good tunnel. I am a bit worried about trains running in quite so tumbledown a tunnel though! brick falling out and near the track!
Is this a suicide scene ? I’m joking of course !
I find the work interesting, but I wonder why do you render it in 1080 x 1080 ? It has is own style though, but it’s like we missed a bit of our vision ? Are we drunk ?
It could be really interesting to make the similar scene with a realistic result and compare those scenes between them.
really nice!
Give the person a darker material, then it will be clearer.
