This is the Blender Collaboration 2025, week 45 challenge. Don’t be afraid to join, a lot of us are beginners. This is all to practice, have fun, learn, and get together.
The rules are simple. 1 subject, 1 entry, 1 week.
You create whatever object or scene or whatever you can think of that has something to do with the subject. It can be as simple or complicated as you want, all entries are welcome!
Post your picture here in this thread. At the end of the week, we start to vote. And if you are the winner, you may choose the next subject and win a unique badge.
I started a blender sculpting course on Udemy so putting into practice what I’m learning for this weeks collab
Retopo is going to be a challenge because I’m still trying to wrap my head around the basic concepts and best practices but I’m going to give it a shot
Depends if you intend or want/need a low poly asset. There is a tendency to think only in low poly and game/animation uses but mostly they are probably never used for that. Render an image, job done.
Hi, I actually interpreted the theme completely differently. I immediately thought of a small, hidden world. It’s interesting how differently people’s imaginations work. Have a great weekend everyone!
We @BlenderCollab have a few days to vote. You can vote fast but also think slowly about design, colors, technique, difficulty, subject, realism, etc. Choose consciously and not on your entry.
The new subject week 46 “Epic proportions” has already started. The winner of this week’s “Micro Life” challenge may select a subject for next week 47 and win a badge.
@etikque , congratulations. Your entry reminds me of a Netflix series episode where an entire civilization is hidden in a refrigerator freezer. In that respect, your choice is a bit impractical
Wolfguardian - Your render has a kind of romantic feel. Nicely lit. But the mushroom on the right breaks this natural style a bit. Sometimes less is more.
Note: I don’t want to offend anyone. I try to write down positive ideas and visions in my simple use of the English language. I am also sometimes more inspired by a particular subject or solution. I’m also learning from you!
